The RDA Arena is an integral part of the tool kit we use to deliver consistent, quality training to all RDA people, it will help us reach more people and deliver training opportunities equitably to all, regardless of where you live in the country. ‘The RDA Arena’ is the place for RDA Coaches, volunteers, and committee members to learn, upskill, be encouraged, and develop.
The RDA arena offers a mix of bespoke RDA learning modules for our coaches and volunteers alongside the best learning opportunities for all coaches and administrators involved in the delivery of community sport.
There’s some locked content that’s only available to RDA Accredited Coaches but also a heap of content that has been developed by Australian Sports Commission partners – providing tips, tools and training for many aspects of managing an RDA Centre and engaging with the community.
“It is one place to engage and learn, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements”.
